The Ali Institute of Education (AIE) is a pioneering educational institution established in 1992 with the vision of improving the quality of education in Pakistan. They had strong initial support from international agencies like the UNDP and SIDA (Sweden). The Institute was set up to address the pressing need for effective and well trained teachers in schools across the country. Problem & Challenges
Ali Institute of Education’s original website suffered from poor code quality and an outdated user interface which led to a frustrating user experience. The site was plagued by excessive loading times due to unoptimized images and bloated CSS which further discouraged potential visitors. Additionally the lack of a responsive design meant that mobile users faced accessibility issues. Security vulnerabilities were also a major concern with outdated plugins making the site susceptible to attacks.
Our Approach
