Rose Petal was introduced by Packages Ltd. in 1982 as the pioneer of disposable hygiene products in Pakistan. As a sister brand in the tissue category along with Tulip, Rose Petal has consistently addressed the hygiene needs of consumers. The products are designed with innovation at their core and over the decades Rose Petal has built a strong reputation. Rose Petal continues to lead the way in hygiene solutions with a rich heritage and a forward thinking approach.
Despite having a visually appealing website Rose Petal lacked responsiveness and user friendly navigation which adversely impacted customer experience. There was also no cohesive content strategy to communicate their brand story and connect with online users. The site’s slow loading times due to unoptimized images and outdated plugins also increased bounce rates. Rose Petal was also unable to capitalize on digital marketing opportunities within the online economy.
We checked both the performance metrics and user experience (UX) elements of the Rose Petal site. Our analysis included load time assessments, responsiveness checks and a thorough review of the site's information architecture. Based on these findings we implemented a responsive design overhaul using modern frameworks. We made the website mobile usability and improved overall site navigation. Simultaneously we optimized images and eliminated unnecessary plugins.
