DWP Tech needed an online platform of their own to penetrate the GCC market. Initially they lacked a localized digital presence as they did not have a website. Moreover, the absence of a tailored content strategy meant that their messaging was not aligned with the cultural nuances and business practices prevalent in GCC countries. Compounding these issues was a lack of mobile optimization, as mobile usage in the GCC is exceedingly high. Consequently, potential customers were slipping through the cracks and conversion rates remained dismally low. 

We developed a well optimized website for DWP with a robust infrastructure. We focused on different elements particularly regarding multilingual support and regional payment integrations. We used WordPress for its flexibility in implementing custom plugins that enabled seamless multilingual capabilities. We restructured their server architecture to utilize a cloud based solution for scalability and performance while optimizing load times across different geographic locations. We also integrated region specific payment gateways to comply with local regulations. This strategic development approach positioned DWP Tech for successful market entry into the GCC region.
