OGRA is known for fair practices in the midstream and downstream petroleum industry. It aims to safeguard the interests of consumers, investors and the government alike. OGRA has to manage a vast amount of data across different regions but they did not have a centralized online system. This caused a lot of operational inefficiencies. Plus the outdated infrastructure limited multilingual support. They also did not have an Online Complaint System which made it difficult for stakeholders to voice concerns resulting in delayed responses and decreased user satisfaction. The absence of an Online File Tracking System further complicated the process and created a gap in accountability.
We worked out a plan to thoroughly meet OGRA’s requirements. We implemented a robust multilingual architecture using Laravel’s localization features. Our development team designed and integrated an Online Complaint System with RESTful APIs to facilitate real time submissions and feedback loops. We also created an Online File Tracking System using a dynamic MySQL database structure where users can monitor their requests through the user-friendly interface.
